Refund Policy

We want you to love your jerky as much as we do. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns 

Because we’re dealing with food, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. But honestly, we’ve never had anyone send it back because they didn’t like it — so we think you’ll be fine.

Refunds & Replacements 

If your order arrives damaged, you’ve received the wrong item, or something seems off with the product, we’ll either refund you in full or send a replacement — your call.

To get the ball rolling, reach out to us at beachjerky02@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of what’s wrong

Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved. Simple as that.
